Listen. To everybody who says "just do not buy it" or "I do not support them now and wo not later either". Great, good on you. The problem is if you think these companies do not collect data on this stuff to see how they can push it further and further along, you are obviously being nave. The very fact they put MTs in ANY game, is like a creeping rot. We see it slowly infecting everything. Most companies are not just gonna dump a terrible scheme on you at once, each iteration of a game is going to go a little more and a little more. Until we buy a game one day and realize the culmination has broken a line we let get pushed farther and farther out. That is why even what seem like harmless MTs right now have to be met with feverish resistance. Thinking something is harmless because you do not partake is foolish. Do not misplace your trust in companies, they care about money and marketing's job is to make you think they care about you to pry your fingers from it.
